GBGA represented at the Gibraltar Finance Centre Careers Fair at the Sunborn
The Gibraltar Betting and Gaming Association (GBGA) was proud to take part in this year’s Gibraltar Finance Centre Careers Fair, an event that brought together students, job seekers, and professionals to explore the many opportunities Gibraltar has to offer.
It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with aspiring talent and industry peers, while showcasing the exciting and diverse career paths available in the online gaming sector. The GBGA team was delighted to meet attendees, answer questions, and highlight the vital role our industry plays in Gibraltar’s economy and international reputation.
A special highlight of the day was the career journeys panel, where Emily Lawrance shared her own experience and professional insights, inspiring many in the audience who are looking to build their own careers. Alongside her, Steve Strange, Adele Farrell and Sean McGlashan presented an engaging overview of the online gaming industry, helping to shine a light on the wide range of roles and skills that make up this thriving sector.
We would also like to extend our congratulations and thanks to Minister Nigel Feetham KC MP for a successful event, and to the dedicated volunteers and organisers who made the day possible.
The GBGA remains committed to supporting initiatives like the Careers Fair, which not only help nurture future talent but also strengthen the ties between education, business, and the wider community in Gibraltar.
